Return, exchange and repair policy
There is a 1 year time limit for a full refund/exchange on all Sterling silver, 14k and 18k products w/ receipt, no questions asked.For 14/20 gold filled, the return/exchange time limit is 90 days after date of purchase.Repairs for damages by reasonable wear and tear (i.e. clasp, chain, wire), as well as one-way shipping will be covered by Oddfishie for 6 months after date of expiry for refund/exchange, after which repairs can be made with a material charge, and with shipping charges, but at no labor cost. Repair services to Oddfishie products carry no expiration.Gemstone damage replacement costs would be covered by Oddfishie under the 1 year exchange policy, after which the buyer would pay for stone replacement. Upgrades- all stone upgrades/additions on a piece would be covered by the buyer, and is not covered by the return/exchange policy. Buyer also would cover shipping costs for upgrades.
